Product & Care
The water tank includes cup markings (2–12 cups) to help you measure the right amount of water for your brew. Do not fill above the MAX line. Too little water may prevent brewing, while too much can cause overflow.
We recommend using cold or room-temperature water only. Using hot water may affect brewing performance and could damage the machine over time.
The filter basket has a MAX fill line. Avoid overfilling, as too much coffee can cause overflow or produce an overly bitter taste.
A medium-fine grind, similar to the texture of granulated sugar, works best. Coffee grounds that are too fine may clog the filter and cause the brew basket to overflow.
We do not recommend it. Cloths or paper towels may leave lint or fibers inside the water system, which could lead to clogging. Instead, rinse the tank with clean water, use a soft brush if needed, and allow it to air dry completely.
Do not fill beans above the maximum level of the bean chamber. Overfilling may affect grinding performance and could damage the grinder.
No. Only the top lid may be rinsed with water. The grinding bowl, main unit, and power cord should never be placed in a dishwasher or submerged in water.
Troubleshooting
Yes. Pumping and heating sounds are completely normal during operation.
“DES” means the machine needs descaling. Mineral buildup from water is normal over time and is not a product defect. Please follow the descaling instructions in your user manual.
Please check the following:
- The current clock time is set correctly
- The brew timer was properly saved
- The timer was not accidentally canceled
- The AM/PM settings are correct.
We recommend resetting the timer and confirming the scheduled brew time before leaving the machine idle.
The grinder’s overheat protection may have been activated. Let the grinder cool down for 15–30 minutes before using it again. Cooling time may vary depending on room temperature.
